Getting started with us isn’t a one-size-fits-all process—and that’s intentional. Everyone comes in at a different place, with different goals, experiences, and needs. Our priority is making sure you feel both confident and competent before stepping into a group class environment.
During your free discovery call, we’ll get to know you—where you’re at, what you’re working toward, and what’s held you back in the past. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’ll schedule your intro consultation or a movement assessment to better understand how you move and what you need most.
From there, most people begin with 6–12 one-on-one sessions. This gives you the time, coaching, and support to build a strong foundation, learn the movements, and develop confidence before transitioning into group classes.
During this time, you’ll also go through our onboarding course, designed to help you better understand the program, reinforce what you’re learning in sessions, and make sure you feel fully prepared as you move forward.
